SailBlue®Optimize performance
SailBlue® is part of the Comercial Godó maritime division. This division was created in response to the worldwide efforts against atmospheric pollution in the marine sector. Implementing IMO2020 standards and the need to comply to strict regulations in ECAs (Emission Control Areas), this division offers a series of products designed to combat NOx and SOx emissions in maritime applications.
Sailblue® AUS40
Manufactured with premium raw materials and backed by the American Petroleum Institute, SailBlue® AUS40 is a high purity solution of 40% urea.
SailBlue® AUS40 solution, in conjuntion with SCR technology can eliminate up to 95% of NOx emissions. Each production is rigorously tested to guarantee maximum quality and assure maximum performance in diesel engines while providing maximum protection and longevity of SCR systems.

Scrubbers EGCS
The application of the IMO 2020 (International Maritime Organization, January 1, 2020) establishes a plan to lower the global content limit of sulfur in ships from 3.5% to 0.50%. The new limit (established by MARPOL) would mark a 77% reduction in sulphur oxide (SOx) emissions produced by ships and in closed loop applications up to a 97% reduction in emission in ships without any negative impact on marine wildlife.
Exhaust gas cleaning systems (EGCS) or “scrubbers” are designed to reduce emissions through the use of reduction agents.
